What we'll work on

Your first chords, strumming patterns and switching smoothly between them
Learning the songs you actually want to play
Riffs, lead playing and technique on electric guitar
Music theory that makes sense on the fretboard
Improvisation and jazz guitar for players ready to go further
Writing your own songs and recording yourself at home

Who these lessons are for

Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time, coming back after years away, or you've hit a plateau, lessons are built around what you want to play. Kids, teens and adults are all welcome.

Your teacher

I'm Josh, a musician and songwriter based in Montreal with close to 20 years of playing experience. I studied Jazz Guitar Performance at Vanier College and Music Composition at Concordia University, I play drums in the band Last Waltzon, and I write and release my own music as J.R. Campos.
